1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a flat fee shipping price of $6/order. Orders over $60 come with free shipping. Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays).
1.3 Shipping Destinations
We ship to most locations within Canada and the US. Please check at checkout to confirm we ship to your location.
For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. Kat&Jo is not responsible for these charges and recommends checking with your local customs office for further information.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will provide instructions for sending back the item, including a return shipping address.
Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of the approval, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
